Make a booking

1. Call us on 01626 776406 or email bookings@chagfordcottage.co.uk.

2. Email or phone and we will confirm availability and costs. A deposit of 25% of the rental cost is payable when booking.  We will hold a booking for 72 hours only. Payment by cheque, please make payable to Jan Bond.  Balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

3. Print booking form and send with your payment to:

4. We will confirm the reservation by email or letter, whichever
you prefer.

5. Either Jan Bond or our House Manager, Andrew Crock, will meet you on arrival and show you around the cottage.  You can arrive from 3pm, if you are going to be later than 3.00pm please can you let us know.  We request that all guests leave by 10am on day of departure.
